Delete your App Circle account
App Circle is operated by Total Carnage
(Total Carnage Game Development Studio). Use this page to request that your
account and associated personal data are deleted. This also covers the
App Circle Android companion app (net.appcircle.companion).
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@totalcarnage.com from the email on your account. Include your App Circle username, account email, and a clear request to delete your account and personal data.
- Or open a support ticket while signed in at Help & Support, with subject “Account deletion”.
- We verify ownership and process the request, then confirm when deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Account credentials and profile (username, emails, password hash, bio, devices, country, and similar fields)
- Session / API tokens and password-reset or email-verification records
- Messages, notifications, support tickets you opened, and coin ledger entries for your account
- Testing jobs, feedback, ratings, and companion install/usage verification data linked to you as a tester
- Apps and campaigns you posted as an owner (and related tester jobs / promo codes for those campaigns)
What may be kept
- Limited security / login logs with personal identifiers removed or anonymized where feasible
- Public idea submissions in anonymized form (author link removed) if published to the community
- Aggregated, non-identifying statistics
- Records we are legally required to keep for a limited period
Retention timeline
We aim to complete verified account deletion requests within 30 days. Residual copies in routine backups are purged in the normal backup cycle shortly after.
Android companion app
Deleting your App Circle account removes server-side account data used by the companion app. After deletion, sign out or uninstall the app. Revoking Usage Access or notifications in Android settings does not by itself delete your online account.
